Mule Fun Day Fundraiser For Holton Reservoir

The Fritz’ Mule Fun Day is set for Saturday, April 25, 10 o’clock, at the Circleville Saddle Club Arena on Highway 79, Circleville, Kansas.

“This is a fundraiser for the Fritz Dillner Memorial Shelter House to be constructed at Banner Creek Reservoir near Holton in Jackson County,” according to Deb Dillner, event coordinator.

“It’ll be a fun day for mules and donkeys, but horses may participate for exhibition only,” Dillner said

There will be four youth age divisions as well as adult competition with classes to include trail, pole bending, barrel racing, flag race, diaper race, bat race and jump race.

Entry fees are $10 per class per mount, with 50 percent payback.

Freewill donation is for gate entry, and concessions will be available on the grounds.

“Come join us for a day of fun for the whole family,” Dillner invited.

Information is available from Dillner at 785-250-4230, or debd@giantcomm.net.
