“Watch the best try to beat the best; try it personally; enjoy the young ones giving it their all.”
A complex statement but accurate analysis of action set for Saturday night, Sept. 14, at Garnett
Diamond E Bucking Bulls, Savanah, Missouri, will present the Midwest Mayhem Bull Riding and Bull Team Series with added attractions.
Sponsored by the Anderson County Fair Association, arena opens at 6 o’clock, according to Ruth Pracht, who’s assisting with coordination.
“New this year will be an opportunity for spectators to try to ride the mechanical bull. Those under 18-years-old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian,” Pracht said.
Special action for youth four to seven will be a mutton busting competition at 6:30. Signup will be just prior to that with a parent or guardian, and a signed release.
“For the Midwest Mayhem at 7:30, we’ll have a minimum of 45 bull rides featuring top cowboys from throughout the Midwest,” Pracht said.
“The outstanding Western athletes are to be matched against the renowned buckers produced by Diamond E Bucking Bulls,” Pracht added.
