Horseman’s Awards Presented To Riders

Morris County riders were honored with awards at the Eastern Kansas Horseman’s Association yearend banquet Saturday night in Salina.

Junior Queen Heather Patry received the Rosie Clymer Memorial Junior Girl Sportsmanship Award and assisted with presentations.

Riggin Parker was presented the Rosie Clymer Memorial Most Improved Boy Rider Award.

Highpoint awards included youth six and under, Riggin Parker, reserve, and Paislee Yadon, third; youth 14-18, Michelle Patry, reserve; and adults 61 and over, Frank Buchman.

Collecting first place yearend event titles were Buchman, Bailey Parker, Heather Patry, Jayden Patry, Marlene Patry, Michelle Patry, Nicole Patry, Desiree Yadon, and Paislee Yadon.

Daleyna King, Lakyn Parker and Morgan Poole also received award plaques for yearend event placings.
