Annual meeting and recognition banquet for the Morris County 4-H Foundation is Saturday noon, April 30, announced Larry Johnson, foundation president.
Open to all members and interested persons, it will be at the Morris County Fair Building, east of Council Grove.
A pulled pork lunch is being catered by the United Methodist Women.
Program will feature presentations by 4-H club members with winning entries at the recent Morris County 4-H Club Day.
Special donor awards recipients and memorials to the Morris County 4-H Foundation are to be recognized.
Annual business meeting will include election of trustees for terms which are expiring.
“Adults Helping Youth To Make The Best Better” is motto for the Morris County 4-H Foundation.
Trustees in addition to Johnson are Rocky Beck, Frank Buchman, Larry Landgren, Mason Lee, Cynthia Schrader and Valerie Woodall.
